Summary:
We are seeking a detailed oriented individual with prior knowledge of construction administration.
Candidates should be comfortable working on a construction jobsite.
Prior experience with construction admin preferred.
Duties:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to effectively coordinate various teams, project managers, and contractors.
Strong interpersonal skills, since a construction administrator must work collaboratively with other managers and departments.
Excellent time management skills since most construction projects are deadline oriented.
Computer literacy to be able to keep accurate records of construction supplies.
Good project management skills, since schedules are crucial to construction projects.
At least a High School Diploma with knowledge of construction.
Job Duties Constructionadministrative assistant duties include:
Providing administrative and clerical support to the construction management team Help with on boarding new hires and processing paperwork Collecting and coding receipts to scan to main office Answering phones and emails from clients and vendors Reviewing and processing contracts, invoices, and other documents Tracking and monitoring projects and updates Preparing and filing construction drawings and files Job Type:
